South Regional Groundbreaking
Please join us as we hold our groundbreaking ceremony for the new South Regional Library. The event will be on Tuesday, February 6th at 9 a.m. Due to the uncertainty of the weather, we will hold the ceremony indoors - at the Southside Branch Library, 5417 Johnston Street in the Time Plaza shopping center. A social will follow the event.
